Our Quality Control Team is committed to ensuring our products meet or exceed the established production standards of quality including reliability, usability, and performance. Our team employs both automated and manual inspections across more than 9 checkpoints in the manufacturing process to ensure tooling and material content is calibrated properly and any defective product is quickly identified with corrective action implemented immediately before production resumes.

All finished product is sampled and tested to meet the specifications set for the product run. Finished inventory once bagged passes through a metal detector that can measure any metal fragment larger than 1/10th of an inch for safety. Statistical quality data is collected and analyzed to identify potential corrective actions to improve quality. Our Quality Control inspectors assure consistent compliance with all industry quality and regulatory requirements.

By adhering to the highest industry standards, our products are certified under the Quality Management System Certificate, Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certificate and Environmental Management System Certificate.These certifications are provided by Jiangsu Raise Certification Co td, a legally accredited organization recognized by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS).
